These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Rapid Rise AI. By signing a service agreement, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Services Provided

We offer AI automation solutions, including booking systems, customer service bots, and related updates as outlined in your signed agreement.

Payment Terms

• Build fees are due within 7 business days of delivery and acceptance.

• Monthly service fees are due by the 7th of each month.

• Late payments incur a 2% monthly interest and may result in service suspension.

Delivery and Acceptance

• All solutions are delivered within 3 months unless delays are caused by the client or unforeseen circumstances.

• Clients must report discrepancies within 5 business days of delivery.

Liability and Warranty

• We ensure services meet agreed capabilities but are not liable for issues caused by third-party providers.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes will first be resolved via mediation, followed by arbitration if necessary.
