Refund or Cancellation Policy

Build Fee Refunds

Refunds for build fees are not provided once development begins. If a project is canceled mid-development, we may invoice for work completed and related costs.

Monthly Fees

• Monthly service fees are non-refundable.

• Clients may terminate services with 30 days’ written notice.

Service Suspension

Services may be suspended if payments are not made on time. Reactivation will occur once outstanding payments are settled.

Changes or Modifications

Modifications to the agreement require written approval from both parties.
